Walk + Talk is a refreshing alternative to online therapy that is mindfulness-based and body oriented. As the name describes, clients talk with me while walking outdoors rather than sitting or lying down in a therapy office. We can start at my office, or if you prefer being out in nature, a local park or water front.

Walking is a somatic resource that deepens the breath and increases circulation. The rhythm of footsteps can be soothing, and often walking creates physical distance from life stress. These sessions can also help with releasing physical tension, decreasing anxiety, regulating mood through the endorphin release of exercise, and supporting more restful sleep.

Walk + Talk is available after the initial online intake is completed, and I receive a signed waiver with agreed upon COVID-19 precautions.
